In just 15 years, the company has delivered over 450 homes. Rajwada Group built 15 projects and has to its credit over 7 lacs square feet of constructed area and over 1400 satisfied residents. RAJWADA GROUP was established with property development as its main focus. The extraordinary and stylish projects of Rajwada Group looked out to create new logos for their individual affluent projects and needed to formulate new brand strategies from us that represents and embraces the community, attracting those not already living in those area, to the desirable lifestyle of Garia, South Kolkata. Both digital and print materials were required including the press campaigns and outdoor signages. The strategy needed to achieve cut-through in an already over-saturated market. Hence we have combined our strategies culminating into artworks to create different press ads, brochures, signages and website that achieved sales success.
